Due to the spiritual and digital nature of many of our products, all digital downloads, personal reports, and intuitive services are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.

For physical products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
